Steven's Wedding

On December 31st we flew to Utah-all 6 of us- for Steve and Camilla'a wedding. It was a great trip that I hope the kids will all remember. Almost all of Mike's family was there. We had a little get-together with Camilla's family for New Year's.

We took advantage of all the snow and did a little sledding. It was so nice to see all the cousins playing together. We stayed in a hotel in downtown Salt Lake in a room next to Ray's family. The kids swam every night in the pool. They also had complementary, made-to-order breakfast. Our kids love breakfast food so they were in heaven. Tyler asked if we could just live there.
The wedding was wonderful. The sealer had all kinds of great stories and the reception was beautifully decorated.
We stayed the last three days at Shirley and Kapil's house (Thank you- the kids love staying at your house). A few weeks ago Mike took the boys to a high school wrestling match to see one of his young men wrestle. Well, that's all they want to do now, so they taught Shirley's kids the moves they learned. Sorry!
Ethan and Ty really wanted to learn how to ski. Mike, Richard, and Molly bravely took them to Powder Mountain. They said their first time down the mountain took 2 hours. So they bought those bungee cord to hold the tips of your skis together and with those to help, they really caught on fast. They can't wait to go again but I think they will be disappointed with PA skiing.
We really had a nice, fun and relaxing trip! We can't wait for the next wedding to do it all over again.
