I never thought I would be like the parents who dance down the isles at Office Max because they are so excited for their kids to go back to school, but I have to admit I was a little excited this year! Ethan is in 4th grade, Tyler is in 2nd and Presley started Kindergarten. They all are excited about their teachers- especially Ethan. He has Mr. Vaughn and his best friend, George is in his class. He has never had a male teacher before so this is very exciting for him. None of Ty's friends are in his class but he says he has made new ones already. Presley just visited her classroom on the first day and we discovered that her cousin, Isabella is in her class. The second day was her "real" first day when mom had to actually leave. I had tears in my eyes but held it together- she was fine! She is all about the fashion. She had her closet all organized with the outfits in order of which day she will wear them.

I'm always a little nutty about school starting. It's just fun! And, hey, our kids are in the same grades--I guess I didn't realize that before!
