Getting Ready for Kindergarten
Presley will start Kindergarten in the fall. I can't believe I'll be dropping her off with the boys everyday. This week we had Orientation and they suggested that we teach them to write their letters and numbers using the same rhymes they will use in Kindergarten- like "Around a tree and around a tree, that's how we make a 3." So I got out the shaving cream and let the girls practice. It kept them busy long enough for me to clean the kitchen, which I had to clean again when they were done!

I've always admired your ability to let your kids make a mess and have fun like that! I go CRAZY with stuff like that. I don't mind if it's outside, but in the house? No way!!
I always admired your ability to let your kids make a mess and have fun! I remember when you let Ethan help you make brownies when he was a baby! I wish I were more laid back like you!
